The quest for the highest quality begins with regular audits of suppliers, a rigorous selection of raw materials, the qualification of manufacturing process, control of work areas (ISO Class 7 Clean Room, ISO 5 flow), final analysis before release, and last but not least, a high level of staff training.

VIVACY fully controls every aspect of the production process to ensure that all gels are perfectly pure and homogenous. Specifically trained operators carefully and individually control each syringe before it is packaged. All these safety measures and precautions are taken to provide a safe final product of high quality and high performance.

Driven by its growing success, VIVACY has built a new high-tech 3,500 square metre manufacturing facility in the Haute-Savoie region of France, 10 minutes from Geneva. The new factory has become a centre of advanced manufacturing technologies, innovation, research and product development in compliance with European and International standards and regulations.

IPN-Like: Unique and Patented Technology

In 2007, Laboratories VIVACY patented IPN-like technology: the advanced gel cross-linking process. This process makes it possible to design products for medical and aesthetic applications with high performance special properties. All our products are monophasic, cross-linked gels based on IPN-like technology, characterised by their unique viscoelastic properties and superior tissue biocompatibility.

Superior Lifting Capacity

Our TGA registered products are carefully designed for injection into different dermal layers to support different aesthetic applications. Two essential characteristics define the gels:

1. The elasticity of each product is optimised according to the intended indication: lower for fine lines and superficial wrinkles, higher for deep wrinkles or thicker skin.
2. The viscosity of each VIVACY gel is adapted to match the density of the target tissue for which it is intended, resulting in a long-lasting aesthetic enhancement.

Thus, the versatile range allows the practitioner to optimise the aesthetic effect for each individual patient.

Antioxidant Benefit

All our product formulations exclusively contain antioxidants. Mannitol, an antioxidant agent naturally occurring in fruits, vegetables and plants, is widely used throughout the pharmaceutical industry. Indeed, it is also used in these gels to preserve physico-chemical properties of the injected hyaluronic acid.

Protective Action

When a needle is inserted into skin tissue, the inflammatory response includes activation of free radical-generating enzymes on the injection site. Those reactive molecules attack the injected Gel and try to break down its overall structure. Antioxidants, free radical scavengers, are helpful in reducing and preventing damage from free radical reactions because of their ability to neutralise the radical without forming another. They provide optimal resistance to the gel’s degradation. They also help stabilise physico-chemical properties of the product in the syringe during its storage at room temperature.
